Holaaaa,
This week was a super great week! We taught a couple of lessons but yesterday it rained so super hard!!! I came home completely drenched and freezing because it's still winter here... also as I was walking home a car ran over a puddle and it sprayed me with so much water....I was so wet hahah. Not fun at all!! But guess what? We found 3 new investigators in the area. A lot of people love coming to the English class we have been teaching. On September 14th, a member of the 70 is coming to visit our mission!!! I'm so excited for that. Also this week I started thinking a lot about the pioneers and what they have gone through. Emma Smith must have endured so many trials in her life, so I can definitely make it through my mission. I absolutely love Chile, I still don't understand much but I understand the spirit and when it is testifying. I can't express how much I love being because it is just so great. We had zone meetings with the president and his wife which was super fun. I walk so much here, Tavie I will never say no again to walking with you after this because I average about 12-15 miles a day. That is a lot compared to how much I walked before I left... My shoes dye my feet when they're wet haha. The church is super small here, its like 50 members and they're all covers which is pretty cool. My roomies are two Latinos and two Gringos. Also, there are no dryers here. Food was worse this week, we had to eat this nasty egg thing. It was a deviled egg and hot dog on the inside...I actually did throw up in my mouth and since I'm still technically new everyone stills watches me eat.. so i couldn't do anything other than swallow it because I didn't want to offend anyone and then for dessert it was weird too. The textures are what get me and there was a hair on it. It's ok though because I know that they love me and thats why they made me eggs... I really do love being here though its so great. I got my first empanada last week which again was so good but its so bad for you because its just loads of cheese and fried break but its still so good... I figured out how to send pictures too!! One lady here is going to teach me how to make chilean bread!!! She's an investigator who wants to be baptized. I love you all and always remember to pray.
Hermana Morrill :)
