Hola!!!
So in the mission some weeks are definitely harder than others...
this was one of those weeks. I was really struggling with the language this
week and one morning I started to cry, but one of the Hermanas in my apartment
really helped me and comforted me. She's such a great example to me. This week
we got to play Futbol, its become a regular ward activity which is great haha.
We had intercambios again and are having them again this week! They are a great
chance to get to learn and see miracles. Wow it gets hot here in Chile, haha
and the weather is starting to warm up and it's not even Summer! It feels like
Virginia in the middle of Summer! We also had all of the electricity in the
city go out... people here like to steal the electric cords, therefor the
intersections weren't working so it turned into a "4 way stop". Let
me just say it was not a 4 way stop, it was a mad house. Also on
Sunday, we had to go home early because of this big holiday thing and it
was too dangerous for us to be out. In church, all of the missionaries (well
all 4 of us) did a special number which was cool haha. This week something that
stuck out to me in my readings was "We have to forgive no matter
what" 70 x 7. We also had really great family home evenings this week! I
love you all, have a great week!
Hermana Morrill
