Dough Not Underestimate the Power of Family

Hola!
This week was good! We are working with someone named Patricio, and we are trying to help him quit smoking. It’s difficult, and he is having a really hard time. But, we had a great lesson and he was able to get a blessing! We had a conference with president this week and learned a lot about repentance. Repentance is something we all need to do, and it’s amazing that we are able to do it. So, this week I have been focusing a lot on repentance in my studies and the Atonement. I want to invite all of you to read Alma 7. It’s a chapter that I have come to love on my mission. Don’t just read it, but actually study and ponder it. There are so many messages, I really love verse 11 through 16. Another scripture I really love is Mosiah 23 verses 11-14. This week we were able to do service, which was great. We also had a noche de hogar which changed my life. In that noche de hogar I learned something very important, because the spirit was so incredibly strong. The church is centered in the families. We are given the opportunity to be with our families forever, but we have to do our own part and do our part as families. I love you all! I am so grateful to be here in the mission. Have a great week!
