HALF WAY THERE WOAAHH LIVIN ON A PRAYER

I'm half way through the MTC, wow time flies I feel like I just left. The president of Mexico said that our district is the best and I couldn't agree more. I got to hug his grandma and what a cute soft lady she is. 200 new Missionaries came this week! I am always busy here so I feel like I never have time to eat, struggles but esta bien haha. Today is actually the CCM's 3 year anniversary so we got a huge Costco cake, it was awesome. I thought I had messed up my thumb last week but I really screwed up my wrist in Volleyball this week. The thing is so badly bruised I had to wear a thing over it for a day to help and then it felt better, probably because I prayed for it to heal quickly ;). But I didn't let a little injury keep me from doing what I love so I decided to play Volleyball again... and well lets just say maybe I should have. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to attend the temple yet so I am hoping we get to go next week. I took a small break from Volleyball and I played Tennis today which was fun, it reminded me of Erin and Gerry (Miss you two) but esta bien. I love the mission it's so fun I am eager to get to Chile though. Even though unlike all of you, it is winter there so I will be layered up. We had a wonderful devotional on Tuesday with Elder Pieper, look him up some time. He is so so incredible, I even got to shake his hand which was cool. I can't believe how quickly the days have come and gone, I have around 18 days left here in Mexico. I sang again with the choir and it was so much fun, we sang a little childrens prayer or something. I'll sing with them until I leave. I have met so many t amazing people here and I continue to meet new people every day. A good scripture that I particularly enjoyed and want to share with you was Ether 12 16. Oh also something I love about Mexico is the toilets, I actually step on the flusher part so no part of my hand has to touch the toilet, whoooohoooo!!!!

Caroline District Leader emailed me and said,
"This week has been awesome! Really crazy, but always awesome when you´re serving a mission for the Lord. Your sis is making absolute leaps and bounds in the language and as her District Leader, it´s really amazing to see that happen. The gospel is doing amazing things and I´m glad that I have had the opportunity to meet her and hear her testimony. She's always safe when she's with us. She's really great and going to do amazing things out in the field #ConvertAllTheChileans".
